Sarat Sr., Sarat Ford has become the largest Ford Dealership in Western Massachusetts – a distinction merited by their commitment to obtaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The staff at Sarat Ford believes that a professional business relationship and concern for the needs and expectations of the customer are key to their continued success.
Today, John “Jack” Sarat, Jr. and his sons Jeff, Chris, and Scott carry on the Sarat Family tradition together with the entire Sarat Ford Team. Their full service dealership offers quality products, quality service and convenient service hours. Sarat has received Ford’s “Distinguished Achievement Award” on multiple occasions for excellence in customer service.
Sarat Ford’s “Toy Store” offers a variety of specialty Mustangs like the Shelby GT500, Saleen Mustang and Roush Mustangs.
Plans to expand Sarat’s service department were realized in 1989, when a new dealership was built across the street. The original building was converted into a state of the art body shop facility. The new building has an impressive 24 bay service center that today houses a $1,000,000 parts inventory featuring Ford, Motorcraft, Motorsport, and a variety of other specialty manufactures.  Sarat Ford is a Fast Lube dealership – providing 29 minute lube, oil and filter changes without an appointment, for added convenience, the service center is open until 8 PM Monday through Thursday, 5 PM on Fridays and 8 AM - 4 PM on Saturdays.
